What is the CSRD and why does it matter?
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a regulation introduced by the European Union to enhance corporate accountability and transparency in sustainability. Companies originally scheduled to report in 2026 on their 2025 financial year may now face a two-year delay, depending on the final approval of these amendments.
